Steigenberger Kongress Hotel Frankfurt Airport

The Steigenberger Kongress Hotel Frankfurt Airport will complement the Gateway Gardens quarter from 2024 Frankfurt’s newest quarter Gateway Gardens is about to gain a conference and meetings centre. Steigenberger Hotels AG and the property developer Groß & Partner have signed an agreement to create one of Germany’s largest convention hotels within the direct vicinity of Frankfurt Airport. Once complete, the Steigenberger Kongress Hotel Frankfurt Airport will provide 527 rooms and suites across 18 storeys and a Conference Centre extending over an area of 5,500 square metres. It will also be located at an international transport hub which lies at the very heart of Europe. The official ground-breaking ceremony will take place in 2021, and the hotel is scheduled to open in 2024.

Deutsche Hospitality opens the IntercityHotel Hannover Hauptbahnhof Ost

Another new generation IntercityHotel has joined the Deutsche Hospitality portfolio. The four-star IntercityHotel Hannover Hauptbahnhof Ost opened its doors for business on 10 February to become the second hotel in the city to operate under the brand. It houses 220 guest rooms spread over 14 storeys as well as offering a restaurant, a Bistro Lounge and five conference rooms. Interior design once again bears the characteristic signature of the Italian architect Matteo Thun. The IntercityHotel Hannover Hauptbahnhof Ost is positioned in the upper midscale segment. Its central location on the eastern side of Hanover’s main railway station provides excellent transport links. There is also a public car park within the immediate vicinity, from which the hotel can be accessed directly.

IntercityHotel is now represented four times in Hamburg

Deutsche Hospitality is expanding its presence in Hamburg. The IntercityHotel Hamburg-Barmbek will become the fourth IntercityHotel in the city when it opens for business on 2 June. The hotel is a new build offering 221 guest rooms and studios with modern furnishings and fittings, five conference rooms able to accommodate up to 170 people and a restaurant. It will operate in the upper midscale segment.

Welcoming IntercityHotel Saarbrücken

A new opening has taken place at the very heart of Europe. The four-star IntercityHotel Saarbrücken has become the next hotel to operate under the brand when it opened for business on 1 July 2020. It is located opposite the Congress Hall, right in the city centre as usual, and offers 170 comfortable guest rooms designed by the Italian architect Matteo Thun as well as a restaurant, a BistroLounge and five conferencing and events rooms.

Record year 2020 - IntercityHotel opens 3 new hotels

All signs point to growth.Starting this year we will be able to welcome you in Hildesheim, Graz and in Nizwa, our second hotel in Oman.

Zleep Hotels makes it's debut in Spain and Germany

In addition to the already opened Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Arena on June 2nd and the planned opening of the Zleep Hotel Lygnby in September, the brand is now growing outside of Scandinavia for the first time with the signing of the contract for the Zleep Hotel Madrid Airport. The 280-room hotel will open at the end of 2021.

Shortly after, the Zleep Hotel Hamburg Altonaer Volkspark and Zleep Hotel Frankfurt Airport is set to launch in 2022, with which Zleep Hotels will be rolled out in Germay for the first time. In 2024 Deutsche Hospitality adds Prague to its portofolio of locations and will open the first Zleep Hotel in the Czech Republic.
